3. Membership Policies & Rules
3.1 Transfer Policy
- Members may transfer their complimentary stay or activity benefits to immediate family members. The transferred benefit will be recorded under the original member’s profile for verification.
3.2 Lost Card / Re-Issuance Policy
- In case of a lost membership card, a new card may be reissued upon payment of a specified reissuance fee, after verification of the original member.
3.3 Restricted Dates Policy
- Membership benefits, including complimentary stays and free rides, cannot be used on the following dates:
- The three days of Eid
- 14th August
- 10th Muharram
3.4 Misuse & Unauthorized Use Policy
- Any misuse, unauthorized sharing, or fraudulent use of the membership card will result in immediate termination of membership without compensation.
3.5 Partner Modification Policy
- Banjara Nigar Tours & Travels reserves the right to add or remove partner guest houses, restaurants, transport providers, and activity operators.
- Members will be notified of all major changes through official channels.
3.6 Advance Booking Requirement
- All members must make reservations at least 48 hours in advance for complimentary stays, free rides, or discounted activities.
- The company’s Customer Support Program will provide full assistance with information, confirmations, and bookings.
